Having personally lived, owned a surf charter and run surf trips in Indonesia for 15 years, we have unique firsthand insights into the area's tourism, seasons and waves. Our trips are about quality boats and resorts, but with a distinct focus on only the best Surf Gurus in the islands. They are what make a good trip into an extraordinary trip!! We work only with the most reputable boat and resort operators, of whom we have first hand knowledge. This is a brand new 72 ft aluminum power catamaran custom built specifically for luxury surf charters launched in 2016.
Spacious, comfortable, stable and fast, cruising at 10-12 knots. Captain Moose, one of the original sailors to explore the area, has a deep knowledge from Mentawai to Banyak Islands. Crystal Clear is his crowning achievement. 
Introducing the BarrenJoey, a 70ft. Australian built steel motor sailor that is fully equipped. BJ is owner operated by John & Belinda McGroder for over 15 years and has the largest and fastest support boat in the fleet, a real asset for search missions and safety. John is one of the original captains running the first surf charter boats in Indonesia and was captain of the Quicksilver Crossing.

D'Bora is an extremely spacious 80 ft. traditionally built timber vessel with an excellent reputation in the islands. Her space and many open lounge areas are a real luxury in the fleet. D'bora does charters to Mentawai, Telo, Nias, Banyak and Simeulue Islands. She is impeccably maintained and the owners and operators have almost 40 years of combined experience running surf trips.
Indo Satu is a stunning 80 ft. traditional Indonesian sailing ship and features amazing woodworking and craftsmanship using traditional methods. It was built with a quality and intent that is felt as soon as you step on board. She has a brand new speedboat with 200 hp outboard in tow. The owners and operators have a few decades of combined knowledge of the area and have a high service standard.

Kingfisher's beautiful bungalows are nestled between the jungle and a pristine Indian Ocean. With the most consistent left in the Mentawais just steps away and the most desired right just around the corner, this is a perfect place to relax in a strikingly idyllic setting, go fishing or score perfect waves.
Situated on a private island with an empty white sand beach, pristine lagoon, and world class left, Togat Nusa is the perfect place for couples, yogis and surfers alike. Each private bungalow is built as a unique work of art and is a must see in this area. Those who have experienced this paradise often return yearly.

With a large open property, huge Nias style bungalows, and an infiniti pool bar, Telos 101 is quickly becoming a favorite for all Telo travelers. One of the best rights in the area is off the top of the island and dozens of other waves are accessible by speedboat. Scuba is offered as well making for a truly all inclusive adventure.
Situated on an isolated island off the coast of Nias allows guests access to some of the most consistent surf in Indonesia and some of the least crowded A grade surf in the world. With spacious villas, open tropical spaces and crystal clear water at your foot steps, you get that wonderful feeling of solitude at Puri Asu.

Joey, the trip was amazing and better than advertised. Crystal Clear is a very good boat and the set up of a catamaran is very stable at sea. Captain Moose put us on excellent surf.
